9 Live Sessions

Each session is designed to build on the last. We start with awareness, learning to see the patterns that have been running you. Then we move into intervention, targeted practices that create real shifts in how you relate to your internal state.

We are moving away from theorizing to experience the change. You'll leave each session with direct experiences of what it feels like to operate from a different internal state.

Between sessions, you'll have targeted practices designed to rewire the patterns we're working with. These aren't generic meditations you could find online.

They're precise interventions rooted in somatics, trauma-informed work, and nervous system regulation that meet you exactly where you are and create the conditions for real, lasting change.
